1. introduction & scope of application
These terms and conditions govern the legal relationship between you as an affiliate partner and the Viteeo online store (GPC Vertriebs GmbH). By registering for the affiliate program, you accept these terms and conditions in full. The program is aimed exclusively at natural or legal persons who wish to recommend our products to others in order to earn commissions.
2. definitions
– Affiliate: A person or organization that earns commissions by promoting our products through an individual tracking link.
– Affiliate link: An individual link that is used to track referred sales.
– Commission: The remuneration that an affiliate receives for successful referrals.
– Sale: A completed purchase via viteeo.com that was made via an affiliate link.
3. participation requirements
To participate in the affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old. Participation is only permitted for natural or legal persons with proper information. It is prohibited to generate commissions through self-referrals or fraudulent methods.
4. registration & affiliate account
Registration takes place via the corresponding form on our website. You undertake to provide truthful and complete information and to update it in the event of changes. The account may not be passed on or sold to third parties.
5. tracking, affiliate link & cookies
After registration you will receive a personal affiliate link. Each click on this link will be saved with a cookie (30 days duration). If a purchase is made within this period, the sale will be assigned to you. You may only use the link in such a way that it is clearly visible that it is a referral link.
6. remuneration & commission modelCommissions are paid per successfully brokered sale in accordance with the following
calculated using a step model:
– Launch Partner: 15% commission for 1 month after registration
– Standard Partner: 5% commission after Starter-Boost month
– Growth Partner: 8% commission from € 2,000 generated turnover
– Performance Partner: 10% commission from € 5,000 generated turnover
– Premium Partner: 12% commission from € 10,000 generated turnover
– Strategic Partner: individual agreement from € 20,000 generated turnover
A claim to commission arises exclusively for sales properly recorded via the respective affiliate link. The commission only arises when
a) the brokered purchase price has been paid in full,
b) the statutory withdrawal period has expired and
c) there has been no refund, cancellation or other reversal of the purchase contract.
In the event of subsequent reversals, partial refunds or payment defaults, GPC Vertriebs GmbH reserves the right to cancel the commission in question in whole or in part or to offset it against future commission claims.
Commissions due are settled monthly.
Payment of a commission is possible at the earliest 30 days after it has arisen (release period).
Payment will only be made if the commission amount reached and released is at least EUR 10.00 (minimum amount). Amounts not reached will be carried over to the following month. Payment is made by bank transfer to the payment details provided by the Affiliate.
The Affiliate himself is responsible for the proper tax recording and taxation of his commission income. GPC Vertriebs GmbH accepts no liability for the Affiliate’s tax obligations.
7. advertising guidelines
The Affiliate undertakes in particular to:
– not to make any health-related healing promises
– not to claim any medical effects – not to use statements such as “guaranteed to work”, “guaranteed to increase potency”, “replaces medication”
– clearly label all influencer posts as advertising (Section 5a UWG)
Only statements that have been approved by Viteeo are permitted. Violations will lead to
for immediate blocking.
8. inadmissible advertising measures
It is prohibited:
– Send spam messages
– Brand bidding on “Viteeo”, “Buy Viteeo” etc.
– Making false or misleading statements about products or commissions
– Using purchased fake reviews
– Setting cookies without consent (cookie stuffing)
– Use brand names in paid search ads (Google, Meta etc.)
– Use of unauthorized discount codes
– Advertising on pornographic or illegal platforms
– misleading price information
Violations can lead to immediate blocking and loss of all commissions accumulated up to that point.
9. use of brands & content
You may use the Viteeo logo and the advertising material provided within the scope of the program. Any modification, imitation or misuse is prohibited. Own designs or claims may only be used after prior approval. If you require special advertising material or have any other requests, please send an e-mail to affiliate@viteeo.com .
10 Liability & indemnification
Vertriebs GmbH is not liable for false statements, errors in tracking or technical problems. Affiliates are responsible for their own content, advertising measures and their legal admissibility. The Affiliate shall indemnify GPC Vertriebs GmbH against all third-party claims arising from its conduct.
11. contract term & termination
The contract begins with the acceptance of your registration and runs for an indefinite period. You can cancel in writing at any time. GPC Vertriebs GmbH reserves the right to exclude affiliates with immediate effect if they violate the terms and conditions.12 Violations & consequences
In the event of proven violations, we reserve the right to block the affiliate account, withhold commissions already earned and, if necessary, take legal action.
13. data protection & GDPR
Your data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can find more information in our privacy policy.
14. changes to the conditions of participation
GPC Vertriebs GmbH reserves the right to change these conditions at any time. You will be informed by e-mail or in the dashboard. If you do not accept the
changes within 14 days, they shall be deemed accepted.
15. choice of law & place of jurisdiction
Austrian law shall apply.
16. final provisions
Should individual clauses be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
