Bei der ersten Kapsel habe ich ehrlich gesagt nichts gemerkt und war schon etwas enttäuscht. Ich habe dann ein paar Tage später eine zweite probiert – und da war der Effekt nach etwa 6 Stunden deutlich spürbar. Vor allem das gesteigerte Verlangen und die bessere Ausdauer.
